We will accept return and exchange requests within 60 days of original purchase.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, unless defective, your item must be new and in resell-able condition as you received it. It must also have in the original packaging.  If the item is defective, we will replace at no charge, or issue a refund, once we have received, and evaluated the defective return.  If it is determined to be defective, we will also refund your shipping charges, if you provide a copy of the receipt for shipping.

To complete your return or exchange, email customerservice@blumonaco.com.  Include the following information to ensure faster processing:

Your Order Number and name purchased under

Product(s) you are shipping back to us

Product(s) (with the style/color information, if applicable) you want to exchange for, or refund, if that is the desired result.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We will then respond to you with an exchange confirmation notifying you that we have reserved the item for you and, if applicable, we will also ask for an additional payment if there is a price difference between the products being exchanged for. However, if a refund is due we will let you know the refund amount too!

Also, our exchange shipment to you will be completely free of shipping cost for US orders. When sending products back to us please use USPS First Class service as that is by far the lowest cost shipping service available. It generally costs $2-5 for anything under 13oz to ship back to us.

Once we receive your return package we will send you an e-mail to acknowledge that we have received your return package. As soon as our team reviews the package we will ship out your exchange shipment and send you an e-mail.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a track-able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
